Manager<o:p></o:p>1. Experience: 10 years in a comparable
position, having the ability to work autonomously, maintain budgets and achieve
the desired goals in co-operation with the team. <o:p></o:p> 2. Responsibilities<o:p></o:p>The administration and management of all
activities of the group in collaboration with the president and owner of the
company.<o:p></o:p>a. The strategy and implementation of the Group's
projects to achieve the short-term and long-term goals toward the optimal use
of the real estate portfolio. Recruitment and management of human resources and
representing the company's shareholders.<o:p></o:p>b. Achieving the goals utilizing feasibility
studies toward the optimal use of the property, and orchestrating the business plan,
marketing, construction and P&L.<o:p></o:p>c. Realizing the best commercial utilization
of the company's assets, which will be agreed in advance with the President and
owner of the company.<o:p></o:p>Desirable qualifications<o:p></o:p>1. Age 35 to 50 years<o:p></o:p>2. Degree in Engineering, Business
Administration, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate appraisalRemuneration package Consisting of monthly salary,
profit sharing and potential business participation.
